| Overview
This 2 weekend intensive Hatha Yoga workshop is an opportunity to further develop your foundation practice with awareness and humility. It is the final part of the Hatha Yoga Fundamentals Series. The entire series is designed to progressively build your understanding of how to practice yoga safely and correctly. The sessions explore all posture categories, appropriate yogic breathing and introduce some underlying yoga philosophy. You will receive intelligent sequencing, precise use of language and specific individual correction. This Hatha Yoga Fundamentals Series emphasizes awareness and acceptance of your current experience - the process, not the outcome.

Who is the Workshop Suitable for? This course is suitable for all students who have completed Hatha Yoga Fundamentals #2, OR, if you have been practicing Hatha 1 or Iyengar 1 yoga regularly for at least 4 months. (Check with Lorraine if you are unsure.)

Note on the Hatha Yoga Fundamentals Series The 3-part Hatha Yoga Fundamentals Series is offered to safely prepare students to start practicing at Level 1. Each workshop progress directly from the previous one, i.e, Fundamental #3 leads on directly from Fundamentals #2. Students are encouraged to continue their regular practice between each part to reinforce their understanding of the lessons received.
