CLASS NOTES

  • Basic or Foundation Level =  Introductory level classes, ideal for newcomers and beginners.
  • Level 1 =  Advancing from the Basics level, more intermediate level postures and sequences are introduced.
  • Level 2 = Building on intermediate level sequences more advanced inversions, arm balances, back bends and twists are introduced. A good foundation knowledge is recommended.
  • Level 1-2 =  Between Level 1 and Level 2.  A good foundation knowledge is recommended.
  • Mats & Towels -  For greater hygiene we recommend that students practice on their own mat and use their own towel. If you do not own a mat you may rent one for RMB 10 or, if you wish to purchase from us, we offer high quality Eco mats in assorted colors for RMB 350.
  • Yoga Etiquette -  If you have reserved a space and find you can no longer attend, please call or send a text message to cancel at least 2-hours before class, someone else may be waiting for the opportunity to practice.

  • 1级: 此阶课程将带来中等难度的瑜伽体式及更具挑战性的体式序列。要求参加者有一定基础的瑜伽知识。
  • 2级:中等难度的瑜伽体式序列,将包含较高难度的扭转、倒置、后弯及手臂平衡体式。
  • 1-2级:难度在1级和2级课程之间。建议参加者有良好的基础知识。
  • 请在课前预约。
  • 请尽量提前10-15分钟到达,以便您有充足时间登记、更衣。
  • 为了卫生起见,我们鼓励您使用自己的瑜伽垫练习。我们提供有机瑜伽垫清洁剂供您在练习后使用。
  • 如果您没有自己的瑜伽垫。我们提供租用,每次RMB10; 同时我们也有环保瑜伽垫供您购买,价格RMB 350。有多种颜色可以选择。
  • 瑜伽礼节:若您预约了课程却因故不能参加,请提前至少三小时电话取消预约。为等候的练习者提供练习机会。
