Overview Yoga is an ancient tradition that has been handed down by dedicated teachers to interested students for over 5000 years. It is a life-education providing discipline and skills to help you navigate in the world. Yoga is a process of learning and improving as an individual, of communicating, of sharing and of removing fears. This Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training is designed for curious yoga practitioners who want to immerse themselves in a powerful part-time learning opportunity in Shanghai. The aim of the course is to establish a proper, safe and immediate working knowledge of yoga. The duration and intensity of the sessions will quickly help you understand how, what and when to practice. You will learn to teach yourself first, then how to share your knowledge with others.
"Yoga releases the creative potential of Life... The Light that yoga sheds on Life is something special. It is transformative. It does not just change the way we see things; it transforms the person who sees. It brings knowledge and elevates it to wisdom.” - BKS Iyengar
